How it works

This website is not a dental office and does not provide dental care. It is an advertising and patient-matching service operated by the marketing division of Shak Web Group. Participating practices pay a flat fee for each qualified inquiry. We are never paid based on whether you become a patient or on any treatment you receive. Only a licensed dentist who examines you can tell you whether full-arch implants are right for you.

What happens to your answers

When you submit the form we send your answers and contact details to one participating dental practice that offers full-arch implant treatment in your area, and to our own staff so we can confirm the request was delivered. We do not send them to multiple practices and we do not sell them to lead buyers.

How we are paid

Each participating practice pays us a flat, pre-agreed fee per qualified inquiry. A qualified inquiry is a request from someone in the practice's service area who is asking about full-arch treatment. The fee does not change based on whether you book, become a patient, or receive any treatment.

What we do not do

We do not examine, diagnose or treat anyone, and nothing on this site is dental or medical advice. We do not run credit checks or offer loans. We do not list or quote prices.
